HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CONFIRM MY ORDER?
Orders are confirmed once payment has been completed and you will receive as soon as you place your order. You’ll receive another email from us once your order has been shipped along with your tracking information.
CAN I AMEND OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PAID FOR?

WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM I ORDERED WAS OUT OF STOCK?
We aim to always be in stock. However, from time to time we may sell out. In the event that your item is out of stock, we will email you if you would like a replacement product/refund. If you would like an email on when a product will come back into stock, you can subscribe to the the “Notify Me When Available” for the product that is out of stock. In this case, we will email you as soon as it is back in stock!

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
All parcels are shipped from Sydney, Australia within 24-48 hours of receiving your order depending on standard/express shipping.

Standard shipping takes 2-7 business days, depending on your location in Australia.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

When you spend over $30 on your order you will qualify for our free shipping promotion. You will need to be shipping your product to a Metro postcode. Outside of Metro areas delivery charges vary depending on the size and weight of your order and your chosen delivery address.
Express shipping is $15.
You don’t need to be home to accept your delivery, if you’re not available, the driver will leave the parcel in a safe spot for you.
